Mohammad Kazem Al-e Sadegh made his remarks in a poetry ceremony held in Baghdad to support the oppressed people of Palestine.
He stated that Iran has always been a supporter of the oppressed Palestinian nation, adding that internationalizing a day bay the name “Quds Day” is supporting the Palestinian nation until the cancerous tumor of Israel is eliminated.
Iran’s ambassador said that the world has witnessed the crimes of the Zionists for 80 years and now genocide is taking place during the heavy attacks of the child-killing regime against the defenseless people of Gaza.
Al-e Sadegh noted that the Iran embassy sought to play a small role in defending the Palestinians and the people of Gaza and on this occasion, a poetry night was held with the participation of great Iraqi poets at the embassy to send a message to the Palestinian people, showing that the people of Iraq and the Muslim nations are always their supporters.
