Following his visit to the church, the Governor met with the students of Kolparam Girls' Social Welfare Gurukulam. He inquired about their living conditions and the facilities provided to them, before joining them for lunch. The Governor also directed the officials to ensure that the children's routine was not disrupted and to focus on their welfare.

Hyderabad: Telangana Governor Jishnu Dev Varma visited Medak today to participate in the centenary celebrations of the Medak Cathedral Church. Arriving at 11 AM, the Governor attended special events marking 100 years of the church’s establishment. He expressed his happiness about the church’s centenary, emphasizing the importance of spreading love, much like the love of Jesus Christ.
After visiting the church, the Governor met with the students of Kolparam Girls’ Social Welfare Gurukulam. He enquired about their living condition and the facilities available there. He also joined them for lunch. The Governor also instructed the officials to not disturb the children’s routine and to work for their welfare.
Anticipating the Governor’s visit, the authorities had deployed heavy security and restrictions on traffic. Local public representatives, such as Narsapur MLA Sunita Lakshma Reddy, accompanied the Governor on his visit.
