Khammam: Newly posted constables told to serve public with commitment

Commissioner of Police Sunil Dutt held a meeting with constables and extended his best wishes to them. He acknowledged the various challenges the police force faces in crime control, noting the significant changes in policing compared to the past. Dutt emphasized that trainee constables must be prepared to tackle these challenges effectively. He advised them to maintain discipline both professionally and personally, and to approach their duties with courage and honesty.

Khammam: Newly posted constables told to serve public with commitment


Khammam: As many as 159 civil and armed reserve trainee constables reported to Khammam police commissionerate on Saturday after completion of nine months of training.

Commissioner of Police Sunil Dutt held a meeting with the constables and extended good wishes to them. There were many challenges being faced by the police in the current situation in crime control; there have been many changes in policing unlike in the past and the trainee constables should be ready to face them effectively, he said Dutt advised them to be disciplined, both professionally and personally. One should act with courage and honesty in discharging duty. The trainee constables should deliver the responsibilities entrusted to them properly without any chance for allegations.


A similar meeting was held in Kothagudem where Superintendent of Police B Rohith Raju interacted with 78 police trainee constables, 28 civil constables (men), 17 women constables, 25 armed reserve constables (men) and eight women constables, who reported for duties.
He told the trainee constables to perform their duties with discipline; honesty and earn a good reputation. One should increase awareness of the new criminal laws and perform their duties effectively by being mentally and physically strong.
The SP wanted the trainee constables to obey the orders of superiors and bring to the attention of the superiors immediately if any problems arise in the line of duty. Those who work with integrity and honesty would always have a special recognition in the police department, he added.
