Russian President Vladimir Putin has denounced Friday’s shooing in the capital Moscow as a “bloody and barbaric” terrorist attack. He said everyone behind the terror attack will be punished.
At least 133 people were killed when gunmen attacked a packed concert venue on the outskirts of Moscow. The city’s governor says the death toll is expected to “rise significantly.”
