New Delhi:
Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s personal secretary and an AAP MP is among several individuals linked to the party are currently being raided by the Enforcement Directorate in as part of a money laundering probe, said sources.
ED officials are currently conducting searches at over 12 premises, including those of Bibhav Kumar, personal secretary of Mr Kumar, and Rajya Sabha MP Narayan Das Gupta.
Former Delhi Jal Board member Shalabh Kumar is also among those being raided.
The raids come hours before a press conference by AAP in which the party had claimed it will make big exposes.
“We are not going to be afraid. There’s no evidence. ED is trying to turn the accused into government witness,” said Delhi minister Atishi this morning.
