TEHRAN, Jan. 23 (MNA) – An explosion at the “Shirvan Plant Araz” enterprise, owned by the Ministry of Defense Industry, in Shirvan city, occurred in one of the plant’s workshops, the Shirvan City Prosecutor’s Office told the local media.
