A new domestically designed and manufactured destroyer, dubbed Deylaman, has joined Iran’s northern naval fleet in the Caspian Sea. The delivery took place during a ceremony attended by Iran’s military top brass in the northern Iranian port city of Bandar Anzali on Monday.
