Tehran and Baghdad believe that the bombing of the people of Gaza should be stopped as soon as possible and a ceasefire should be implemented, President Raeisi said on Monday.
Iranian President Ebrahim Raeisi made the remarks in a joint press conference with Iraqi Prime Minister Muhammed S. Al-Sudani in Tehran’s Sa’dabad palace.
Americans’ weapons and intelligence aid to the Zionist regime has encouraged the regime to kill the people of Gaza, Raeisi added.
Americans’ claim about helping a ceasefire in Gaza is completely false and has no compatibility with their actions, and they paved the way for the Zionist regime to kill the Palestinians, he said.
“We believe that all supporters of the Zionist regime are complicit in this crime,” he added.
