Hossein Amir-Abdollahian arrived at John F. Kennedy Airport in New York on Wednesday evening as part of the regional and international consultations of the Islamic Republic of Iran and was welcomed by Amir Saeed Iravani, Iran’s ambassador and Permanent Representative to the United Nations.
Since the beginning of the Al-Aqsa Storm operation launched by Hamas on October 7, the Israeli army, which is not capable of confronting the Palestinian Resistance fighters, has continuously bombarded residential areas, hospitals, religious centers, and schools in Gaza Strip as well as the West Bank and southern Lebanon.
In its latest statistics, the Palestinian Ministry of Health in the besieged Gaza Strip announced the increase in the death toll as a result of the Israeli war on the enclave to 7,165 people.
The Health Ministry also announced the number of wounded in Gaza to be 17,439.
