Lebanese Resistance continues to target Israeli outposts

Hezbollah fighters attacked the Israeli occupation site of Khirbet Al-Manara with guided missiles, inflicting confirmed casualties, a statement by Hezbollah said on Tuesday, according to Al-Manar TV website.

Lebanese Resistance continues to target Israeli outposts

Hezbollah’s Deputy Secretary-General, Sheikh Naim Qassem has strongly decried Israeli aggression in Gaza, characterizing it as an unjust onslaught resulting in the tragic loss of civilian lives, calling on both America and Europe to reassess their support for these actions, emphasizing the urgent need for a humanitarian re-evaluation.

Sheikh Qassem posted on the ‘X’ platform,  “Hezbollah stands at the forefront of the resistance in defence of Gaza, countering occupation and aggression in Palestine, Lebanon, and the broader region. It holds the responsibility and readiness to respond as necessary.”

Meanwhile, Deputy Secretary General of Hezbollah  Sheikh Qassem emphasized that “the Israeli attacks on Gaza amount to the tragic killing of innocent civilians, including children and women, along with the wanton destruction of homes.”

In this regard, he held America and Europe equally accountable alongside ‘Israel’, Al-Manar TV website further reported.

He went on to assert that the Operation Al-Aqsa Storm marked a significant defeat for ‘Israel’, and that the support of American and European powers for Israeli aggression and brutality constitutes an undeniable humanitarian setback.

In early October, the Israeli entity initiated a military campaign in response to Hamas’ Operation Al-Aqsa Flood, which was launched as a surprise attack against the Israeli occupation.

Tragically, more than 5,000 Palestinians have lost their lives during this Israeli offensive. Gaza has also been subjected to a severe humanitarian crisis as Tel Aviv has blocked access to essential resources like water, food, and electricity.

In a controversial move, ‘Israel’ ordered 1.1 million people in the northern Gaza Strip to evacuate, but bombing continued in the southern region, resulting in further casualties. As a result of the conflict, approximately half of the Palestinians in Gaza have become homeless, remaining trapped in the besieged enclave.

The United Nations’ human rights office has expressed concern that Israel’s siege and evacuation order may constitute a violation of international law.

Hezbollah has engaged in clashes with the Israeli military, leading to intense fighting in the recent series of skirmishes along the northern border of occupied Palestine and Lebanon. These operations have been ongoing since October 7.
