Hyderabad: An elderly woman, who was reportedly upset over her ill health, died by suicide in her house at Addagudda in Tukaramgate on Thursday night.
Shyamala (60) was taking treatment for health issues, but there was no much development in her condition.
For the last few days, she was spending most of the time alone.
She died by hanging from the ceiling fan in her bedroom, when her family members were fast asleep.
The Tukaramgate police are investigating.
