The first edition of Iran’s international media festival has wrapped up in the northeastern city of Mashhad.
The festival brought together journalists from across the world to discuss women’s role in shaping public opinion.
The event dubbed ‘Khorsheed’ which translates into ‘sun’ as a symbol of enlightenment, was directed by our own Marzieh Hashemi who is a veteran journalist herself.
