The Israeli military has lost 604 troops since the start of its ground operation against the Palestinian movement Hamas in the Gaza Strip.
The Israeli regime launched the war on October 7 last year following Operation al-Aqsa Storm, a surprise retaliatory operation by Gaza’s Resistance movements that came in response to decades of oppression and bloodshed by the regime against Palestinians.
So far during the war, Tel Aviv has killed around 33,200 Palestinians, most of them women, children, and adolescents, and injured more than 75,800 others.
Concomitantly with the military campaign, the regime has been enforcing a near-total siege on Gaza, which has reduced the flow of foodstuffs, medicine, electricity, and water into the Palestinian territory into a trickle.
