Aziz Mansouri met with authorities in Azerbaijan’s foreign ministry in the capital Baku on Tuesday and submitted his cop of diplomatic credentials to the related officials before departing for Nakhchivan.
He was appointed his post as Iran’s consul general in Nakhchivan on Wednesday.
