Heavy rain prompts evacuations, road closures in Southern Californias

Heavy rain and flooding led to road closures in the city of Oxnard and evacuations in other parts of Ventura county, in southern California.

Video from Oxnard shows roads completely submerged as rain fell in Thursday.
