The first 3+3 Format meeting at the level of foreign ministers kicked off in Tehran on Monday afternoon.
“Sergei Lavrov”, “Hakan Fidan”, “Jeyun Bayramov” and “Ararat Mirzoyan” of the foreign ministers of Russia, Turkey, Azerbaijan and Armenia hosted by Hossein Amir-Abdollahian in Tehran in order to discuss solutions to reach peace in the region through regional mechanisms.
