Iran’s national team faced China in the second match of the Hangzhou 2022 Asian Para Games in Hangzhou on Saturday and defeated its rival 72-42.
Previously, Iran’s national squad defeated Afghanistan 91-33.
Iran will compete with the Philippines in the third step.
The Hangzhou 2022 Asian Para Games, also known as the 4th Asian Para Games, is a multi-sport event that parallels the 2022 Asian Games which will be held for Asian athletes with a disability.
The 2022 Games were originally scheduled to be held in October 2022 but canceled due to the COVID-19 outbreak and now it is underway from 22 to 28 October 2023.
