A 22-year-old man allegedly died by suicide after jumping into an agricultural well in Chintakani, Khammam district, on Friday. Police recovered the body, shifted it for postmortem and registered a case.

Khammam: A youth has allegedly died by suicide at Chintakani in the district on Friday.
The deceased T Upender (22) jumped into an agricultural well on the outskirts of the village. Upon receiving information the local police visited the village, recovered the body from the well and shifted it to the government hospital for postmortem.
Health issues were said to be the reason behind the youth’s extreme step. Based on the complaint of the family members a case was registered in connection and launched an investigation.
