Royal Challengers Bengaluru’s Jacob Bethell has been ruled out of the IPL play-offs after injuring his left ring finger against Punjab Kings. He will return to England for further evaluation ahead of the national team’s upcoming Test series

Hyderabad: Jacob Bethell of Royal Challengers Bengaluru has sustained an injury to his left ring finger during the match against Punjab Kings.

Following medical assessment, Bethell will return to England for further evaluation ahead of the country’s upcoming Test series.

“Everyone at RCB wishes Jacob a speedy recovery and the very best for his rehabilitation process,” stated a BCCI media release.
