MANUU launches new B.Tech courses from 2026–27, admissions via entrance test

MANUU has introduced new AICTE-approved B.Tech programmes in multiple disciplines from the 2026–27 academic year. Admissions will be through an entrance test on May 19, with affordable fees and full hostel facilities offered to students.

Hyderabad: Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) has announced the launch of new B.Tech courses under the School of Engineering and Technology from academic year 2026-27 at its headquarters in Hyderabad.

The new courses, which are approved by AICTE, are B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering and Civil Engineering. The admission will be given through the entrance test, which is scheduled for May 19.


The newly established School of Engineering & Technology has state of art infrastructure and facilities, wifi enabled classrooms, most faculty being IIT and NIT qualification holders, doctorate and well experienced. The school also had a well equipped library with an OPAC system and laboratories.

The school is offering economical semester fees of Rs 5500 per semester for boys and Rs. 1650 (I Semester) fees for girls. The university has extended 100 percent hostel facility for girls and boys as per hostel criteria.

The syllabus for the entrance test will be of intermediate level – Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The test comprising multiple choice questions will be off 100 marks, with. 50 marks for Mathematics, 25 marks each for Chemistry and Physics.

The last date for online submission of application forms is April 27.
