A 63-year-old woman was allegedly murdered by her husband Narasimha in Anjaiah Nagar, Jagadgirigutta, Hyderabad. Police say the accused attacked her with a stick inside their home when no other family members were present.

Hyderabad: A 63-year-old woman was allegedly murdered by her husband in Anjaiah Nagar under Jagadgirigutta on Friday evening.
The victim has been identified as P Laxmi, who lived with her husband Narasimha.
According to police, Narasimha allegedly killed her by attacking her with a stick in their house, when other family members were not present.
Police rushed to the spot and took up the investigation. The exact motive behind the crime is yet to be ascertained.
A case was registered and investigation is underway to determine the circumstances leading to the incident.
