Cyberabad Traffic Police have extended traffic restrictions around the Vaishali Nagar Railway Underpass from September 3 to 16 due to delays in road-widening and stormwater drain works. Diversions will continue across Hafeezpet, Kondapur and surrounding areas during the period.

Hyderabad: The Cyberabad Traffic Police have extended the traffic restrictions around the Vaishali Nagar Railway Underpass for another 14 days from September 3 to September 16, due to delays in ongoing road-widening and storm water drain works.
The earlier traffic advisory, initially issued for 20 days and subsequently extended by 29 days from July 16, could not be withdrawn as the works remain incomplete.
Traffic diversions will therefore continue on routes connecting Hafeezpet, My Home Mangala, Raghavendra Nagar Colony, Kondapur and surrounding areas.
Key diversions
My Home Mangala Apartments → Hafeezpet: Traffic will be diverted via My Home Mangala T-Junction, Raghavendra Nagar Colony, Hi-Tension Road, RTA Office Kondapur and Hafeezpet ROB/Flyover.
Telangana Contractors Cultural Club → Vaishali Nagar Underpass: Vehicles will be diverted from My Home Mangala T-Junction through Raghavendra Nagar Colony, Hi-Tension Road, RTA Office Kondapur and Hafeezpet ROB/Flyover towards Hafeezpet and Allwyn Junction.
Hafeezpet/RTC Colony/My Home Jewel → My Home Mangala: Traffic will be diverted via Pipeline Road, Hafeezpet ROB/Flyover, the road near Genpact, Kondapur-Allwyn Junction and the Government School U-turn before proceeding towards Kondapur and Raghavendra Nagar Colony.
Vasavi Lake City/Hafeezpet Lake → My Home Mangala: Vehicles will be diverted from Spire One Apartments U-turn towards Hafeezpet ROB/Flyover and further via Genpact, Kondapur-Allwyn Junction and the Government School U-turn.
Gopal Nagar/Calvary Temple → My Home Mangala: Traffic will take a right at Hafeezpet RUB/Underpass and proceed via Kondapur-Allwyn Junction and Hafeezpet ROB/Flyover towards Kondapur and Raghavendra Nagar Colony.
The Cyberabad Traffic Police have urged commuters to use alternate routes, plan their journeys in advance and cooperate with traffic personnel during the diversion period.
