The three-day State conference of the Paramparya Vaidya Maha Sangham will be held in Bhadrachalam from September 8 to 10. Around 400 traditional medicine practitioners are expected to attend the event, which aims to promote Indian traditional healing practices.

Kothagudem: The three-day State conference of Paramparya Vaidya Maha Sangham (PVMS) is scheduled to be held at Bhadrachalam in the district, informed the sangham State advisor Mokkala Venkataiah.
Speaking to the media here along with the sangham vice president Ramanchi Srinivas and district convener G Suguna Rao he said that around 400 traditional medicine practitioners are expected to attend the conference.
The conference would take place September 8 to 10 at Bhakta Markandeya Padmashali Bhavan.The event is being organised as part of the sangham’s efforts aimed at sharing the techniques, roots and practical wisdom of ancient Indian traditional medicine with others.
Venkataiah and the PVMS office bearers have appealed to the public interested in Indian traditional medicine to attend the conference in large numbers and make it a success.
Shaiva Kshetra seer Shiva Swamiji, MPs P Balaram Naik and Vaddiraju Ravichandra, Minister Tummala Nageswara Rao, Bhadrachalam MLA Dr. Tellam Venkat Rao, the association State president Maha Rishi, office bearers Bandi Venkateswarlu, T Durga Rani and V Aruna would attend the event, he said.
MP Ravichandra speaking after releasing the PVMS State conference brochures commended the traditional medicine practitioners from across the State for uniting on a common platform to take forward the Indian traditional healing practices.
