Hyderabad: Former minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav announced extensive arrangements for the grand celebration of BRS leader Kalvakuntla Chandrashekar Rao’s birthday on February 17.
At a media event held in Telangana Bhavan, Secunderabad Parliamentary constituency incharge Talasani Sai Kiran Yadav, former MLC Srinivas Reddy, senior leaders Ravula Chandrasekhar Reddy, and former chairman Vasudev Reddy joined in.
They emphasised that the celebrations would take place at the party headquarters with the participation of party representatives, former representatives, leaders, workers, and supporters.
Additionally, special prayers and rituals will be conducted at temples, mosques, and churches.
Sanathnagar MLA Srinivas Yadav outlined plans for various social service programs, including distributing wheelchairs to the disabled, providing insurance letters to auto drivers, distributing fruits to patients at hospitals, and other welfare activities.
As part of the celebration, a documentary showcasing KCR’s political journey and developmental endeavours will be screened, along with cutting a 70-kg cake to commemorate his 70th birthday.
