Hossein Amir-Abdollahian made the remarks in joint a press conference with Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Jalil Abbas Jilani.
He said that the two countries have offered many martyrs in the war against terrorism in recent years, adding that the terrorists on the borders of Iran and Pakistan are supported by third parties.
The foreign minister stressed that Iran and Pakistan will never allow terrorists to harm their relations and the security of their borders.
Earlier on Monday, the two foreign ministers held a bilateral meeting to discuss the relations between Tehran and Islamabad.
