A passenger allegedly assaulted a Lufthansa cabin crew member during a Frankfurt-Hyderabad flight after a service trolley accidentally brushed against him. The injured crew member later approached RGIA police, who registered a case and launched an investigation.

Hyderabad: A passenger allegedly assaulted a Lufthansa cabin crew member during an international flight from Frankfurt to Hyderabad, leading to a police case at RGIA police station on Tuesday.
According to police, the incident occurred aboard Lufthansa flight LH-752 while cabin crew member Peter Bauser, a German national who has been working with the airline for the past six years, was performing routine duties. During the flight, a service trolley reportedly brushed against the leg of passenger B Satish Kumar by accident.
Despite the crew member immediately apologising for the incident, the passenger allegedly became agitated and physically attacked the cabin crew member. The crew member suffered injuries in the incident.
Following the aircraft’s arrival in Hyderabad, the injured crew member lodged a complaint with the RGIA police.
Based on the complaint, a case has been registered and being investigated.
