The Prohibition and Excise Department arrested two persons at Kompally in Hyderabad and seized OG Kush, charas and MDMA from them. Officials suspect the accused sourced drugs from Bengaluru and targeted children from affluent families in the city.

Hyderabad: The Prohibition and Excise Department sleuths on Wednesday night caught two persons who were possessing drugs.
The sleuths seized 36.90 grams of OG Khush, 7.73 grams of Charas and 3.24 grams of MDMA from them.
The arrested persons are Praveen and Elizer alias Sunny. Acting on information the STF team stopped a car at Kompally and on checking found the drugs in the vehicle.
The arrested persons were sourcing the drugs from Bengaluru and selling it to customers in the city. It is suspected the gang was targeting children from rich families.
