Cyberabad Municipal Corporation Commissioner G Srijana has directed officials to complete land acquisition for the proposed Fox Sagar Bridge by November and finish the main flyover by February 2027, while accelerating ongoing H-CITI works at two junctions.

Hyderabad: Cyberabad Municipal Corporation Commissioner G Srijana on Thursday directed officials to complete land acquisition for the proposed Fox Sagar Bridge by the end of this month and construction of the main flyover by February 2027.
Srijana issued the directions after inspecting the proposed bridge site and ongoing works under the Hyderabad City Innovative and Transformative Infrastructure (H-CITI) programme at Kukatpally Y-Junction and IDL Junction.
She asked Town Planning department officials to coordinate with the Waqf Board and affected property owners to ensure that the required land was handed over without legal or other encumbrances.
Engineering department officials were directed to systematically execute the Fox Sagar flyover project, accelerate work at both junctions and meet the stipulated deadlines.
