The transition follows a multi-year transformation of Kotak Securities, marked by significant investments in a new technology stack, product innovation, research and customer experience to address the evolving needs of India’s investors and traders. The move brings the business under a single customer-facing identity, combining digital capabilities with research expertise and relationship-led engagement.
