Sangareddy: The BV Raju Institute of Technology (BVRIT) conducted the HR Meet and Industry-Institute Interaction as part of the Vishnu National Level Surveying Competition (VNSC 2026).
The HR meet brought together representatives from eight companies, Prothius, Sattva Group, KMC Construction, KPC Projects, Eiffel Tech, GKC Projects, Afcons and Svadha Constructions, through physical and virtual modes. Students from 12 participating institutions attended the recruitment and interaction sessions.
The participating companies offered career opportunities with compensation ranging from Rs 2.4 lakh to Rs 4.5 lakh per annum, with additional benefits and performance-based compensation in some cases. Companies conducted resume screening, written examinations and interviews as part of their recruitment processes. The HR meet enabled students to understand industry expectations, recruitment processes, career opportunities, professional skills and workplace requirements.
