Brigadier General Ebn al-Reza, acting minister of defence, wrote on social media, “From the UN podium, Iran’s message was clear: Iran’s defence doctrine has changed.”
He added, “The production of defensive power in line with this doctrine is continuing at speed, and we possess a basket of foundation-breaking and authority-creating initiatives and capabilities. The Iranian nation cannot be addressed with the language of force and threats.”
