Saudi Arabia’s civil defence said early warning systems were activated in four areas: Khamis Mushait, Najran, Jazan and Abha.
Local media said the warning systems were activated simultaneously and repeatedly, with danger alerts sounded a second time in the Abha and Khamis Mushait areas.
