CPR summit discusses future-ready healthcare systems for India

Hyderabad: Compassionate Patient Response Inc (CPR) organised a summit on India Health Forward 2047: Creating Systems for Future of Care here on Saturday. The summit examined how India can build scalable, equitable, and pandemic-resilient healthcare systems ahead of the nation’s centenary in 2047.

A keynote address was delivered by former bureaucrat and physician Dr Jayaprakash Narayan, and the event had a series of panel discussions. CPR co-founder and cardiologist Dr Satya Garimella said CPR is a journey of social consciousness, empathy, and compassion — an attempt to address the fundamental human right to healthcare in a society where care for everyone is a must.

CPR cofounder and healthcare entrepreneur Krishna Kottapalli said the future of healthcare cannot be a conversation restricted to one segment.
