Hyderabad: The Kukatpally police have booked a case against two shops for allegedly selling counterfeit products of footwear brand Crocs as genuine products.
According to the police, searches were conducted on September 3 at the premises of Bombay Wala Men’s Casual and AR Gadgets in Kukatpally after information was received regarding counterfeit goods.
During the search, the enforcement team allegedly found two establishments involved in selling counterfeit Crocs products as genuine items.
Officials said the sale of counterfeit Crocs products not only deceived customers but also damaged the reputation of the original company.
