Hyderabad: Mild tension prevailed at the Karkhana residence of BRS leader Manne Krishank after Karkhana Inspector B Anuradha allegedly created a scene at his house on Tuesday, according to his relatives and family members.
Krishank’s wife, Suhasini, reportedly told the inspector that Krishank was not at home and that a small child was inside the house. However, the inspector along with her staff allegedly insisted on entering the residence, leading to a heated argument.
Family members alleged that the inspector used harsh and inappropriate language during the argument. The incident was recorded on CCTV installed at Krishank’s residence.
Meanwhile, the incident has triggered strong reactions among BRS supporters, who have expressed anger over the alleged conduct of the police officer.
The reason for the police visit and the circumstances that led to the confrontation are yet to be officially clarified. The police department’s response to the allegations is also awaited.
