Hyderabad: The Hyderabad police have made online registration of Ganesh pandals mandatory for organisers ahead of the Ganesh festival and immersion.
Organisers have been asked to register and submit details of their Ganesh pandals in advance through the official Telangana Police portal.
Officials urged organisers not to wait until the last minute and to immediately submit the required information through the police portal.
Advance information about the location and setup of pandals, along with immersion details, will help the police and other departments make necessary arrangements for security, traffic regulation and public safety in the respective areas.
Police appealed to all Ganesh festival organisers to complete the registration process at the earliest and cooperate to ensure the celebrations and immersion are conducted smoothly and safely.
