Hyderabad: Uncleared green waste disrupted traffic on Road No. 10 in Banjara Hills, behind Indo-American Cancer Hospital, is inconveniencing patients, residents and motorists.
The TGSPDCL trimmed branches from several trees on Saturday along the hospital stretch towards Zahira Nagar keeping in view the Ganesh idols transportation and immersion, but the waste remained on the road.
The piled-up branches blocked 40% of the road used by traffic taking the free left from KBR Park towards Road No. 10. Traffic consequently slowed near the cancer hospital gate during evening peak hours.
Patients were also unable to walk freely along the stretch because of traffic congestion and feared for their safety.
