Hyderabad: A2H Chess Academy will organise an open prize money rapid chess tournament at its academy here on August 26, with a total prize money of Rs. 15,000.
A total of six rounds will be conducted in the Swiss League format, following the latest FIDE rules. Each round will have a duration of 40 minutes, with each player getting a base time of 15 minutes and a five-second increment per move.
The event has no age limit and is open to all players, including rated, unrated and new participants.
