AWPO Secunderabad conducted a placement drive for ex-servicemen in technical and non-technical categories with participation from leading companies. Out of 165 participants, 97 were provisionally selected and are undergoing documentation before receiving final appointment letters

Hyderabad: Army Welfare Placement Organisation (AWPO), Secunderabad, under the aegis of HQ Telangana and Andhra Sub Area (TASA), conducted a placement drive for ex-servicemen in technical and non-technical categories.
The drive was conducted in collaboration with major companies including Air India SATS, Muthoot Finance, ICICI, SBI Life, TATA AIA Insurance and others, with active support from Magic Bus Foundation. The drive witnessed enthusiastic participation by 165 ex-servicemen and 97 ex-servicemen have been provisionally selected and are in the final stage of documentation.
The candidates have sought some time to collect and submit their documents, after which final appointment letters will be issued. This overwhelming response reaffirms AWPO’s unwavering resolve to fulfill the aspirations of the ESM community and support them in their second career, a press release said.
