R Upender Reddy assumed charge as the new managing director of Hyderabad Growth Corridor Limited on Friday. He reviewed ongoing projects and key issues with senior officials, visited project sites and directed officials to ensure quality and timely completion.

Hyderabad: R Upender Reddy assumed charge as the new managing director of Hyderabad Growth Corridor Limited (HGCL) on Friday.
Later, R Upender Reddy held a review meeting with senior officials and officers of HGCL and reviewed ongoing activities, projects and key issues concerning the functioning of the organisation. He directed officials to ensure effective implementation and timely completion of the projects entrusted to HGCL.
He also visited various project sites and inspected ongoing works, emphasising quality, timely execution and effective coordination among the concerned agencies to ensure speedy progress of the infrastructure works.
