Hyderabad: This Independence Day weekend, ITC Kohenur has invited guests to embark on a culinary journey at Golconda Pavilion. It has specially curated a brunch that brings together the finest flavours of South India.
Inspired by the spirit and colours of the Indian tricolour, the experience will showcase an elaborate spread featuring authentic delicacies from across the southern states, crafted by the chefs using traditional recipes and regional ingredients, a press release said.
From comforting favourites to signature specialties, guests can savour a celebration of India’s southern culinary heritage in a festive setting adorned with patriotic hues and celebratory elements, it said.
Further, the Swad of India will showcase India’s gastronomic diversity, with a dining experience featuring iconic dishes from across the country, at Golconda Pavilion on August 16 from 1 pm to 4 pm. With regional specialties, vibrant presentations, and a festive ambience inspired by the colours of the nation, the event pays tribute to India’s rich culinary legacy and unity in diversity.
