Telangana health varsity announces registration schedule for MBBS,BDS admissions 2026–27

KNRUHS has opened online applications for MBBS and BDS admissions under the Competent Authority Quota for 2026–27. NEET-UG 2026 qualified candidates can register between August 5–12. Cut-off scores are set at 213 for General, 194 for PWD, and 177 for SC/ST/BC categories. Merit lists and seat matrix updates will follow on the official website.

Telangana health varsity announces registration schedule for MBBS,BDS admissions 2026–27

Hyderabad: The Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) on Tuesday has invited online applications for admission into undergraduate MBBS and BDS courses under the Competent Authority Quota for the academic year 2026–27.

Eligible candidates who have qualified NEET UG 2026 can complete their online registration and upload scanned original certificates through the official portal at tsmedadm.tsche.in. The registration window opens at 6 am on Wednesday, August 5, and will close at 6 pm on Wednesday, August 12, 2026.


The MBBS/BDS admissions cover Competent Authority Quota seats across Government and Un-Aided Private Non-Minority and Minority Medical and Dental Colleges, including the Army College of Dental Sciences in Secunderabad.

Candidates applying under this quota must meet the required NEET UG 2026 cut-off scores of 213 marks (50th percentile) for General/UR/EWS candidates, 194 marks (45th percentile) for PWD (Persons with Disabilities) candidates in the General category, and 177 marks (40 the percentile) for SC/ST/BC and reserved PWD candidates.

Following registration, KNRUHS will release a provisional State Merit List, with final document verification conducted at the respective allotted colleges during admission. Detailed notifications, admission guidelines, and upcoming seat matrix updates can be accessed on the official university website at knruhs.telangana.gov.in.
