The Madhapur police have registered a case under the BNS and POCSO Act against the general secretary of the Telangana Basketball Association following a complaint alleging the sexual harassment of a teenage basketball player over the past two years. Investigation is underway.

Hyderabad: The Madhapur police registered a case against the general secretary of Telangana Basketball Association for allegedly sexually harassing a teenage basketball player.
According to the police, the mother of the victim had made a complaint last month to the police alleging that the suspect was sexually harassing the girl for the last two years.
Based on the complaint, the Madhapur police registered a case under the BNS Act and POCSO against the suspect and are investigating.
