Three Palestinians, including two children, have been killed in the latest Israeli strikes across the Gaza Strip, as the Zionist regime continues its genocidal war despite a mediated ceasefire agreement with the Hamas resistance movement.
On Thursday, sources at Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital reported that two Palestinians, one of them a child, and several wounded individuals arrived after Israeli warplanes struck a tent sheltering displaced people in the Al-Mawasi area, west of Khan Younis in southern Gaza.
Another child was killed and several others injured in a separate Israeli missile strike targeting a residential apartment opposite the Al-Bureij Municipality building in central Gaza. The victims were also transferred to Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir al-Balah.
Medical sources said that six Palestinians were wounded, one critically, when Israeli warplanes targeted an apartment building near Al-Ma’mouniya School in the Al-Rimal neighborhood, west of Gaza City.
Earlier, at least four Palestinians were killed and several others wounded on Tuesday, according to the Gaza Ministry of Health. It said that over a 24-hour period, four bodies and 14 injured people were brought to hospitals across Gaza.
The ministry noted that since the US-brokered ceasefire went into effect on October 11, 2025, Israeli forces have killed at least 1,207 Palestinians and wounded 3,914 more.
Most of Gaza’s nearly 2.3 million population has been displaced multiple times and is now confined to a narrow coastal strip, surviving in makeshift tents or damaged buildings.
Israeli forces have steadily expanded the area under their control and now occupy about 70 percent of Gaza’s territory.
The continued territorial expansion, despite the ceasefire, reveals the regime and its Western backers’ expansionist agenda and its unwillingness to abide by any agreement that does not advance their diabolic scheme.
The regime has also devastated much of Gaza’s essential infrastructure, reducing hospitals, water networks, and sanitation systems to ruins.
Since the Zionist forces launched their genocidal war against Palestinians in Gaza in October 2023, the death toll from Israeli attacks on the enclave has risen to 73,335, with 174,052 others injured.
