EU foreign policy chief, Kaja Kallas, has accused Tehran of breaching its memorandum of understanding with Washington to end the war launched by the US and Israel against Iran earlier this year. Kallas, at the same time, has insisted that the European Union stands ready to help implement the MoU.
During a meeting of EU foreign ministers in Brussels, there was no acknowledgment it is in fact Washington, not Tehran, that is breaching the terms of the agreement.
