Constable dies in road accident in Warangal’s Kazipet

Warangal: A police constable died in a road accident on the outskirts of Battupalli in Kazipet mandal in the district. The deceased, Doli Vijay (35) of Diesel Colony in Kazipet, was working at Duggondi police station in the district. According to family members, he had left home on Monday evening and had not returned until Tuesday morning.

Madikonda police, who began searching for the constable based on a complaint lodged by his family members, received a phone call from locals about a man lying dead on the road at Battupalli. The police rushed to the spot and identified the deceased as Constable Vijay. It is suspected that he lost control of the two-wheeler he was riding and crashed into a road divider, leading to his death.
