A 29-year-old vehicle washing service centre owner was allegedly stabbed to death in Balapur after an ongoing dispute with two acquaintances. Police said the suspects called him outside before attacking him. A manhunt has been launched to arrest the absconding accused.

Hyderabad: A 29-year-old man was allegedly stabbed to death following a dispute at Mariyam Colony in Balapur in the early hours on Monday.
The victim was identified as Fahad Bin Abdul Rahman Balkhashar, who owned a vehicle washing service centre. He is survived by his wife and a son.
According to police, Fahad was acquainted with the suspects identified as Salam Boum and Sayeed Boum through a local gym. The three had reportedly been involved in an unknown dispute over the past few days.
Officials said that one of the suspects had allegedly gone to Fahad’s residence with a knife a day before the incident. However, the situation was defused after the victim’s brother intervened.
Police said that at around 2:30 am on Monday, the suspects who had called the victim outside to discuss the matter had allegedly attacked Fahad with a knife, causing grievous injuries. He was immediately rushed to Owaisi Hospital, where he died while undergoing treatment later.
The Balapur police visited the spot and took up the investigation.
A search is on to trace and nab the two suspects, who are currently absconding.
