Two persons were killed and four others sustained injuries in separate road accidents in erstwhile Warangal district on Sunday. In one case, a car travelling from Hyderabad to Karimnagar lost control and hit a divider, killing two and injuring two others. In another incident, a woman and her daughter were injured when their scooter was hit by an unidentified car.

Warangal: Two persons died and four sustained severe injuries in separate road accidents in erstwhile Warangal district on Sunday.
In an incident at Uppal in Kamalapur mandal of Hanamkonda district a car travelling to Karimnagar from Hyderabad lost control and hit a divider. One of the occupants of the car, K Srinivas died on the spot, while another T Bhargav, died, while undergoing treatment at MGM Hospital in Warangal. Two others Ch Venkatesh and T Hari Kumar, injured in the incident, are being treated.
In a separate incident at Yellanda village in Wardhannapet mandal in Warangal district a woman Daravath Bharathi and her daughter were injured when an unidentified car collided with their scooter. They were shifted to MGM Hospital for treatment.
