A lineman was electrocuted while inspecting a faulty transformer in Chitakoduru village of Jangaon district on Wednesday. The victim, Radhamalla Karunakar Reddy, succumbed after falling on the transformer frame.

Jangaon: A lineman died of electrocution at Chitakoduru village in Jangaon mandal in the district on Wednesday.
The accident occurred when the deceased, Radhamalla Karunakar Reddy was inspecting a faulty transformer. After suffering an electric shock he fell on the transformer frame and died. Upon receiving the information, the police launched an investigation into the incident.
