A CISF jawan sustained bullet injury when a gun being cleaned by his colleague went off accidentally in NTPC. The constable has been rushed to Karimangar hospital for better treatment

Peddapally: A head constable from the CISF sustained a bullet injury when a gun went off accidentally in NTPC on Saturday night, police said.
The injured Constable Srinivas was rushed to a local hospital and then to Karimnagar for better treatment. The injury is stated to be non life threatening.
Police said a weapon being cleaned byanother constable identified as Tinku, went off accidentally. The alleged accidental fire happened at the CISF headquarters.
Police are investigating.
